GENERAL
♦Communication with me before ordering is appreciated, but that's up to you!! I don't mind.♦I have the right to refuse or refund commission requests.♦All commissions are non-refundable the moment we start working on the draft.♦The final commission files will be purely digital goods. I will not ship or print the commission.♦I have the right to post commission work with a watermark on social media. Please inform me and discuss the extra cost with me if you do not wish me to publish it.♦Please have a visual reference. I cannot work with only a wall of words.

PAYMENTS
♦Payment is upfront in full.♦Refunds are ONLY available if I haven't yet started on your commission, or am unable to fulfill your request within the agreed-upon timeframe.

REVISIONS
♦I'll send a sketch to you before start painting. But after the painting is done I can't change anything unless I made something wrong.♦You can ask for less than 3 changes in the draft stage and with no charge.♦Any additional revisions will need to be discussed with a complexity fee.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♦Commissions can take 2-3 weeks.♦Please inform me ahead if there is a required deadline and discuss the possible fee with me.♦Any out-of-plan reason that may delay the deadline will be communicated in advance.

USE
♦You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, or copy my commission without permission.♦Reselling or using the commission for commercial purposes without paying the commercial fee is not allowed.♦You have the right to use your commission personally as wallpaper or avatar or print it and give it away to friends without profit.♦You may not mint my artwork as an NFT or use it in any way that may generate profit via blockchain-related technology.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♦I have the rights to all commissioned works to use/feature them on my portfolio/social media/etc.♦If you do not wish me to do that please discuss it with me ahead.
